Hello, this is Dr. Iben.  Welcome to my website!❤️   Please allow me to introduce myself.  

I was raised and brought up in China.  I received my bachelor's degree from Peking University 北京大學 and master's degree from University of Massachusetts.  Convinced by the health benefit of natural healing, I then pursued the doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  Over the years, I had been fortunate enough to learn from some outstanding experts from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine 北京中醫藥大學 and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences 中國中醫科學院, and obtained valuable clinical experiences from the affiliated hospitals, including Beijing Dongzhimen Hospital 北京東直門醫院 for pain management, Peking University People's Hospital 北京人民醫院 for Ob/Gyn, and Peking University Jishuitan Hospital 北京積水潭醫院  for orthopedics.

I currently treat patients in both Santa Clara and Palo Alto locations.  Using a holistic natural healing approach, I cater my treatment to individual needs.  The methods I use range from  acupuncture, cupping, Chinese herbal medicine, acupressure (Tuina), moxibustion to nutritional consulting and therapeutic exercise.  I strongly believe the healing comes from the collaboration of both parties, the provider and the patient.  To me, nothing is more rewarding than seeing my patients get well.  

Other than my private practice, I also teach at University of East West Medicine 國際中醫藥大學 in both English & Chinese.  My favorite subject  is TCM Ob/Gyn which focuses on Traditional Chinese Medicine solutions for women's health and fertility.   Other subjects that I teach or have taught include TCM Internal Medicine, TCM External Medicine and Dermatology, TCM Pediatrics,  TCM EENT and Patient Care.
